The system begins to regulate itself through repetition, feedback, and internal coherence.

The defining characteristic of this stage is continuity. Rather than isolating ingestion to specific times, the practitioner engages with each cycle of urine production as a potential point of reentry. The output of one phase becomes the input of the next, forming a sustained loop that extends throughout the day. This looping does not require constant ingestion, but establishes the condition in which ingestion is consistently available and functionally integrated. This looping cycle creates a nutrition momentum, within the body, where nutrients are held available for extended periods, until they are used through the cycle or lost in the process. This uptake extra nutrition and more, give the body expanded capacity to do, what it needs to do, more efficiently.

At this point, the practitioner may begin to reintroduce urine more frequently, aligning ingestion with natural intervals of production. Each cycle is completed before the next begins, maintaining clarity in the system’s response.

Within this loop, the distinction between ingestion and elimination becomes increasingly functional rather than conceptual. Urine is no longer perceived as a terminal output, but as a transitional phase within an ongoing cycle. Filtration does not mark the end of use, but a point of transformation prior to potential reintroduction. This shift in perspective reflects the integration of the practice into the body’s internal economy.

System self-regulation emerges as a direct result of this continuity. Through repeated cycles, the body engages in constant feedback with its own
materials. Each reintroduction reflects a prior state, and each subsequent output reflects the system’s response. Over time, this interaction stabilizes, producing a pattern of internal balance that is maintained through ongoing circulation and reuse.

The digestive system processes reintroduced material with minimal variation, absorption becomes consistent, and redistribution through circulation aligns with the body’s needs. The system no longer reacts to ingestion as an external input, but incorporates it as part of its regular function. This efficiency reduces the need for strict control over quantity and timing, allowing for greater flexibility within the practice.

Adaptation also extends to perception. The act of ingestion, once deliberate and closely observed, becomes routine. The practitioner’s focus shifts away from the mechanics of the process toward the broader patterns of system behavior. This refinement indicates that the body has adapted to continuous reintroduction, using it as part of its regulatory process.

It is important to note that continuous looping does not imply rigidity. The system remains dynamic, and the practitioner retains the ability to
adjust or pause the process as needed. Integration provides stability, but not constraint. The practice can be intensified, reduced, or temporarily suspended without loss of overall coherence, provided that changes are introduced in alignment with the body’s condition.

The cumulative effect of full integration is the establishment of a self-sustaining cycle. The body engages with its own materials through repeated phases of production, ingestion, absorption, and redistribution. This cycle reinforces the principles outlined throughout the work: circulation, conservation, transformation, and reuse. Urine ingestion functions as a central mechanism within this system, linking these processes into a continuous flow.

Observation at this stage becomes less about detecting change and more about maintaining awareness of stability.
