S1 Ep 13 - Water of Life book reading 4 with commentary
The following is a summary of the teachings and clinical experiences documented in chapters 7, 8, and 9 of J.W. Armstrong’s *Water of Life*, presented from the perspective of the speaker.
A Journey into the Water of Life
As I reflect on the profound cases I have witnessed, I am reminded that the medical establishment often complicates what nature intends to be simple. In my journey as a urine therapist, I have seen that many conditions labeled as "fatal" or "incurable" by modern doctors are often the result of a body burdened by foreign matter and a denatured, ill-balanced diet. My experiences with chapters 7, 8, and 9 of Water of Life solidify my conviction that the body possesses an inherent ability to heal itself when we stop obstructing its natural processes and provide it with the "skin food par excellence"—its own urine.
In my practice, I have encountered numerous cases of Bright’s disease, a condition of the kidneys often associated with albumin and dropsy. The medical world suggests many causes, but through the lens of biochemistry, it is primarily a deficiency of essential mineral salts. I recall my first testing case, Mrs. C, who was given only two days to live. She was severely swollen, her weight nearly doubling due to fluid retention. By implementing a fast where she drank every drop of her own urine and was rubbed with the fluid for hours at a stretch, her congestions broke up. Within weeks, her urine cleared, her swelling vanished, and she returned to a healthy weight. This case, like that of Mr. B, who fasted for 49 days to overcome a similar diagnosis, proves that age and severity are often no obstacle to recovery through this method.
My work also extends to complex blood conditions like leukemia or splenic anemia. I align with the view that all diseases arise from a single cause: an encumbrance of foreign matter. It is a scientific folly to treat organs in isolation when the entire body is affected. I saw this clearly with Mr. PC, who was told he had three months to live. Despite the terrifying blood counts reported by specialists, a regime of urine drinking, rubbing, and a subsequent transition to a raw, balanced diet brought his blood levels back to normal within twelve weeks. Sadly, his case also serves as a warning; when he eventually reverted to his old habits of consuming "rubbishy" food, he lost the health he had fought so hard to regain.
In conclusion, the stories of Mrs. C, Mr. B, and Mr. PC are not just case histories; they are testaments to a forgotten truth. We must stop the policy of forcing sick people to eat to "keep up their strength," as food cannot be assimilated by a body full of obstructive matter. Urine is the only true food for the sick, replacing tissue in a way nothing else can. While the medical fraternity may look upon these methods as "disgusting," the results speak for themselves. True healing requires the courage to fast, the discipline to maintain a natural diet, and the willingness to embrace the life-giving properties of the Water of Life.
