To make your own pure mineral salt water.

Place empty mason jar on table.

Drop 3 tablespoons of dry Himilayan salt crystals into the container.

Top off with filtered water.

Screw top on securly and shake.

Let settle for a day.

The next day pour off the top 80 percent water into a clean dry second mason jar.

Use the new second jar to take your salt water from.

Refill the source / first jar with water and repeat until no more salty water is created.

Please note:
Gravety holds down the heavy material in the water, that heavy material is by default not water soluable. What is not water soluable will just pass through your digestive system intact and not used.

You may take a sip of salt water as you need it.

You may also pour the mineral salt over your vegies, or mix with spices to make raw sauces.

Example:
Mix - and poor over bowl of raw chopped vegies:
1 cup of salt water
1/2 cup of organic virgine olive oil
2 tablespoons of Organic Flax oil
1/2 tea spoon of Organic cayanne pepper
1 table spoon of Organic Pumpkin butter
1/4 tea spoon of Organic white pepper
1/4 tea spoon of apple cider vinigar
Enjoy

Once you get in the hang of recombining material, infinite possibilities come from the common base.

Pore sauce over
1) Bowls of cut veggies.
2) Potatoes.
3) WHATEVER
