Take a clean glass mason jar.
Spray it with 5 percent food-grade hydrogen peroxide inside and out, cover and jar.
Wipe off fluid.
You are good to go.
Drop it in, put the cover on to keep it uncontaminated.
Take it as you will.
Place a label on the side with a start date, because after a while the bottles all look the same.
Some people put chese cloth over top of the jar, with the screw cap on without the metal top cap in place, to let the mixture breathe.
Try both and see what you see and smell and taste.
